Irura Delicatessen, quality and tradition

More than 40 years ago, Iñaki Arregui began pig farming, his passion from a young age, and later moved to France to learn the secrets of his renowned delicatessen. Upon his return, he began to produce and market his own artisanal products.

Since our inception in 1983, our products have been inspired by traditional recipes, carefully produced whilst maintaining the philosophy of using fresh raw materials and natural ingredients that guarantee the high-quality standards that we demand of all our products.
