Since our inception in 1983, our products have been inspired by traditional recipes, carefully produced whilst maintaining the philosophy of using fresh raw materials and natural ingredients that guarantee the high-quality standards that we demand of all our products.
Belly / Bacon
Belly is the meat product found in a pig’s belly, between the ribs and the skin. Composed of lean meat and infiltrated fat, it is an exquisite cut, which is tender and juicy on the palate. It is known as belly after the salting, marinating and curing process.
Bacon, however, is naturally smoked and cooked.

Irura Delicatessen’s tripes are made following traditional recipes. Starting with selected raw materials and natural ingredients, it is cooked with great care and dedication.
We have two types, white or in our homemade tomato sauce. Cooked over low heat for the necessary time, this product is ready to be enjoyed without cooking.
Canned Goods and Preserves
Artisanal meat products created from the best and most select cuts of pork, beef, poultry, and other game meats, canned meats, and pâtés.
Sold in practical tin containers, they are specially adapted to combine old recipes and traditional knowledge … “just like at Grandma’s house”.
